Outgrow the scroll, one habit at a time.

Blockers lock you out, so you turn them off and nothing changes. This one is built to make itself unnecessary: prove real habits — read, move, tidy, breathe — until the better thing is the easy thing, and the lock is just training wheels you no longer need.

Built in the open.

No app yet — just me building it. Be one of the first in.

No rage-quitting.

Most blockers are a wall, so you turn them off. This one interrupts gently — a 30-second breather, not a brick wall — so you actually keep it on.

Prove a habit, earn your minutes.

Read, move, tidy, breathe — show you did the real thing and earn Bonus Time back. Doing the good thing is the fastest way back to your phone.

Who's building this

Hi, I'm Merve — and starting a new habit never seemed to stick.

I'm building Merva on my own. Every time I tried to start something — read more, move more, just be off my phone — the spark faded in a few days, and forcing it to stick just drained me. Nothing out there actually helps you build the habit. And the biggest thing pulling me back? The phone in my hand, designed to win every time I reached for something new.

So I started building the thing I wished existed: an app that uses that pull instead of fighting it — turning the reach for the scroll into the cue to do the real thing, until it sticks on its own. It's early, it's iOS first, and I'd rather build it with the people who'll use it. Add your email and I'll tell you the moment it's testable.

Be first through the door.
